Cone of Shame! Cone of Shame!
Mack had a little bit of an accident last night. We were playing fetch in the back yard, and he ran into the neighbor’s yard to bark at the two guys looking at the house for sale. I grabbed Mack, picked him up and started carrying him back home when one of the guys looking at the house said, “Dude, you’re dog’s, like, bleeding all over you.”
Or maybe big house in the city? Either way, the shed is coming along nicely! A long weekend of hard labor and we have a shed that actually looks like a shed (or a small house, if you think small). Lots of pictures were taken, ostensibly for documenting purposes, but really so I could take a break every once in a while and not feel too unproductive. (more…)
Lots of construction going on these past few days! Besides the basement becoming habitable now (not finished by a long shot, but no longer a dangerous work zone), we now have walls on the Shed/Spare Room/Small House we’re building in the back yard.
Well, It’s not really a secret, but it’s sure happening quick! Guess what the plans are and win a gold star! (virtual gold star, of course)
Just because it’s been a few weeks since posting anything… here are a few obnoxiously cute pics of the newest member of the household, Mack the Boston Terrier.
I’ll blame it on the weather. With a December cold front blowing in a couple of days ago, and me being ultra-productive nowadays (it’s all relative, don’t forget), I decided to get all artsy-craftsy while staying inside and warm.
