Ironman Cozumel – just the numbers, please
So, I’ve gone and signed up for another Ironman™ race, my first race on foreign soil – Ironman Cozumel. I’m not going to write much, if anything, about the training because it’s as boring to write as it is to read.
(Typical training report : Swam a lot today. Really tired. Run a lot tomorrow, then bike. Need more coffee. Or a nap.)
However, I have started tracking all of those swimbikeruns on a Google Spreadsheet online, as a way to see how much I really do train for one of these. So, for anyone who is curious or simply fascinated by crude line charts, I’ve got a ‘live’ (live as soon as I type it into the spreadsheet) tracking of my workouts linked to the Training Page on the main blog. Or you can click >here< if you can’t be bothered to click a couple of times to get back there.
As Google Spreadsheet charts are pretty bad in their raw form, I’ll be playing with it to make it look a bit nicer.

mmm… pretty cool as long as you don’t use this to beat yourself up when you don’t meet plan or brag too much when you do meet plan

Interesting charts – don’t mind the bragging part – you got my support (was that for the Ironman or Cozumel!?!?) Good luck and have fun – isn’t that what this is all about?
