April 4th Garden Update
Garden update from April 4th – a bit late in coming, the next one will be quicker.
We had a cold night or two (almost freezing, but not quite) that browned quite a few of the lemon basil leaves, but the tomato plants seem to be doing quite well. The poor pepper plant seems stuck at nearly the same size as when we planted it.
Also, I made a mistake in my first garden post. We have three different varieties of tomatoes, not just the moonglow. One variety (of which we have two plants) is growing much, much faster than the others. I’ll post a more current photo in a day or two and you can easily see which two are doing the best, if you can’t tell from this photo.
