Insalata Caprese Overload – Tomatoes and Basil (and Honey!) overload

The spring harvest season has come and gone at the Moon family gardens, Southern division.  Due to a little diligence and a little luck (multiple inches of rain in June and July in Austin??), we managed to have a decent bounty from the garden.

April 4th Garden Update

Garden update from  April 4th – a bit late in coming, the next one will be quicker.

We had a cold night or two (almost freezing, but not quite) that browned quite a few of the lemon basil leaves, but the tomato plants seem to be doing quite well.  The poor pepper plant seems stuck at nearly the same size as when we planted it.
